Foursome invites guests into an evening steeped in Turkish and Mediterranean tradition, from a mezze selection and Chef's Mother's İçli Köfte to slow-cooked, share-friendly plates like Foursome Short Rib Mantı and the Anatolian Ribeye.

One of our most distinctive offerings is introducing Turkish breakfast — widely regarded as one of the best breakfasts in the world — to our New York community. A New York-based hospitality entrepreneur leading the brand's operations, creative vision, and overall strategy.
• Kaan Sekban
A well-known Turkish comedian, bringing creativity, storytelling, and a strong sense of humor that shapes the social energy and narrative of the Foursome experience.
• Haldun Kilit
A globally recognized architect with worldwide project experience, contributing architectural insight, spatial vision, and refined design sensibility to the brand.
• Tuba Demiroğlu
An architect based in Dubai, working on international projects and bringing a global design approach, attention to detail, and contemporary perspective to Foursome's brand identity and guest experience.
